Ohana Development, a leading UAE real estate developer, has officially launched ‘Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana’, a USD 4.1 billion gated waterfront community on Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi. The project is Manchester City F.C.’s first branded residential development globally, bringing the club’s elite lifestyle and football culture to the UAE.
The launch ceremony at Etihad Park was attended by Husein Salem, CEO, and Mustafa El Sammak, COO of Ohana Development, along with Ferran Soriano, CEO of City Football Group. During the event, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) announced the digitization of Expressions of Interest and booking processes through its Madhmoun platform, introducing a regulated framework that ensures escrow management, transparency, and investor protection.

Standalone villas are priced at an average of USD 1.9 million, reflecting the premium lifestyle and exclusive amenities on offer. The project is expected to be completed by 2029, adding a transformative residential destination to Abu Dhabi’s skyline.
