BEYOND Developments unveiled EVERMORE, its first fully masterplanned lifestyle and residential destination on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a major milestone in the company’s 2026 growth strategy and its first expansion outside Dubai.
Strategically located opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island, EVERMORE is envisioned as a long-term waterfront community, blending French classical elegance with contemporary design, integrated greenery, and lifestyle-focused placemaking. The development is framed by the sea and Marjan’s forthcoming botanical garden, creating a harmonious environment where architecture, hospitality, and public spaces coexist seamlessly.

Speaking at the launch, Mahdi Amjad, Founder and Executive Chairman of BEYOND Developments, said:

The EVERMORE masterplan spans over 7 million sq. ft. of gross floor area, with a projected gross development value exceeding AED 25 billion.
